Sophia Murphy was aged between three and 16 when her sex beast dad John Murphy raped and abused her "day after day, night after night".
Now 33 Sophia has waived her right anonymity so that her father can be named.
Reading out a powerful victim impact statement as he was jailed for 18 years, she told a court yesterday: "Dad, you stripped me of every human right.
“My worth, my privacy, my energy, my time, my confidence, my innocence, my childhood, my education, my teenage years, a normal life, even my own voice – until today.
“There is not a day in my life I don’t remember you abusing me.
“You abused me sexually, emotionally and physically. You never left me alone. It was just never ending, day after day, night after night.”
Twisted Murphy, an ex-defence forces man, pleaded guilty to the rape, indecent assault and sexual assault of his daughter in Galway and Mayo, Ireland, between 1998 and 2001.
Speaking at the Central Criminal Court he also admitted to a further incident of sexual assaulting her in 2010.
Murphy is currently serving an eight-year sentence in Arbour Hill prison for previous sexual abuse charges, reports Irish Mirror.
In her victim impact statement which she read to the court, Sophia said she wished to go public to encourage others in her position to come forward.
She said: “Silence protects the abuser and imprisons the victim. Take back your life; break the silence.
"You are not a victim for sharing your story, you are a survivor.”
Justice Michael White noted the “length, intensity and depravity of the sexual abuse”.
After reviewing police evidence and Ms Murphy’s victim impact statement he said her ordeal had been “harrowing and exceptional”.
Murphy also admitted raping his daughter when interviewed by police.
Mr Justice White imposed consecutive sentences totalling 18 years, which were backdated to when Murphy went into custody in December 2017.
