A BRITISH man has drowned at a private swimming pool on the holiday island of Menorca.
A maintenance man reportedly discovered his body floating in the water this morning.
The 64-year-old Brit is said to have owned the property where he was found dead.
It was not immediately clear if he lived on the island or was on holiday at the time.
The alarm was raised this morning in a residential area called Trebaluger near Es Castell on the east of the Balearic island.
Local police, Civil Guard officers and paramedics were among the emergency responders who raced to the villa.
