Sarah McGill, 28, is understood to have taken the child's virginity when she slept with him in a Florida hotel room after he found her profile online.
She was found guilty of lewd or lascivious battery, known as statutory rape in the UK, and booted out of the US.
McGill has now been ordered to sign the sex offenders' register during a brief hearing at Uxbridge Magistrates Court.
The court was told the hooker, who uses the alias Sophia Belle, bedded the schoolboy at Orlando's Courtyard Marriott hotel in August.
She was arrested on September 1 after the boy's father discovered the romp and phoned police.
The hypnotherapist turned high class hooker, who previously owned a clinic in Edinburgh, was paid $480 (£339) in $50 and $20 notes by the boy.
McGill, from Selkirkshire, Scotland, was trying to fly back to Britain from Orlando International Airport over a probation breach at the time.
She was then deported back to Britain after spending time in Glades County Detention Centre in Moore Haven, Florida.
McGill, currently of no fixed abode, must notify police of her address and other addresses where she stays regularly, and also if she is living with anyone under the age of 18.
