A wild video captured on an American Airlines flight shows a kangaroo joey called Harry hopping his way onto a flight.

Video taken by flight attendant Bobby Weston shows the small joey making his way through the cabin of the flight, which was headed from Charlotte, North Carolina, to Newport News, Virginia.

The joey makes his way toward the pouch, stopping every so often to look about the cabin.

Harry was being flown to the Virginian city as part of a conservation effort, according to Instagram account @aastews.

The kangaroo appeared to have fans as he made his way through the airport.

Footage of the kangaroo on the plane comes after United announced earlier in the month that it will no longer allow passengers to book free travel for companion animals.

For people who book before the deadline, free travel for companions will end February 28.

Alaska Airlines, American Airlines and Delta Air Lines announced similar policies in the last several days. The moves follow a Transportation Department rule that lets airlines crack down on the growing number of emotional-support animals in recent years.
