A model dubbed Manchester United's "sexiest fan" has predicted where her beloved side will finish in the Premier League – and what she'll do if the side achieves it.

Denmark-based Katrina Maria thinks a first placed finish is possible, but thinks being the season's runners-up will be more realistic.

She shot to fame among the Old Trafford faithful after sharing a string of snaps on Instagram of herself wearing United jerseys old and new.

Katrina, who owns hundreds of Red Devils tops, was then dubbed the club's "sexiest fan" by supporters and earned herself 75,000 Instagram followers.

Now she is pushing them on to improve on last season's third placed finish, and said she plans to throw a party if they achieve it.

Katrina, originally from the Faroe Islands, told Daily Star Online: "I hope we will finish first, but I think a second or third place finish is possible.

"If United won it this season, I would celebrate with a huge party of course!"

Asked who she most wants the club to sign, Katrina pointed towards Borussia Dortmund starlet Jadon Sancho.

She added: "I am hoping for a Sancho signing."

The Englishman has been linked with a move to the Europa League semi-finalists all summer, but a deal is yet to be agreed.

Her prediction comes after she posed for a string of news snaps in Copenhagen, Denmark, in some of her United tops.

She continued: "Mikkel, the photographer, and I wanted to do some pictures with summer vibes, so we took the pictures in a park here in Copenhagen. It was a lot of fun!

"I'm really happy that United got third place in the Premier League. I was a bit nervous for a while, whether we would have a good season or not, but I think we did good.

"And I hope they will continue to build up a strong team. I hope we will win trophies next season."

Last year, Katrina launched her own calendar after popular demand from fans.

She continued: "Yes it was (by popular demand), not specifically a calendar, but my fans really wanted something they could buy and have in a physical form.

"So I decided that maybe a calendar was a good idea, but I'm definitely going to do more products in 2020.

"I would like to do T-shirts and posters, stuff like that, because my followers really want it."
