Meghan Markle's affectionate moniker she gives her husband Prince Harry has been revealed in her new podcast episode.

The Duchess of Sussex has finally dropped the first episode of her Spotify podcast series Archetypes, having signed a huge deal with the music giant back in 2020.

In the hour-long episode, titled The Misconception of Ambition, Meghan was joined by tennis legend and close pal Serena Williams.

And husband Harry made a brief appearance at the beginning to catch up with Serena.

"I like what you've done with your hair, that's a great vibe," Harry told the 23-time Grand Slam champion.

She thanked him and added that she "missed you guys", before the former royal left the room.

As he did, Meghan was heard saying: "Thanks, my love."

The former Suits actress has been spotted using the cute two-word nickname before, during a speech at the Invictus Games in the Netherlands earlier this year.

But viewers still flocked to Twitter sharing their love the adorable moniker.

"Aww Harry popping in and Meghan calling him 'my love'," one wrote. "I will never get over it."

Another loved it so much they added: "I just replayed that part."

Elsewhere in the episode, Meghan revealed that her eldest son Archie narrowly escaped a fire in his bedroom while they were on tour in South Africa.

She explained: "In that amount of time that she went downstairs, the heater in the nursery caught on fire.

"There was no smoke detector. Someone happened to just smell smoke down the hallway, went in, fire extinguished. He was supposed to be sleeping in there."
