An NYPD detective was shot in the leg early Friday in Brooklyn while attempting to serve a warrant — and a suspect has been arrested, police sources said.
The Brooklyn North Warrants Squad officer was wounded at about 6:45 a.m. at 75 Decatur St. in Bedford-Stuyvesant and was rushed to Kings County Hospital, the sources told The Post.
The officer’s injuries are not considered life-threatening, the sources said.
According to reports, the officer fired 10 rounds.
A suspect was collared about a half-hour later on Kingston Avenue, sources said.
