Eight people have died after an oil tanker caught fire following a collision on a river in China.
The tanker hit a gravel barge in the early hours of Thursday morning at the mouth of the Yangtze river.
The boat sank in the accident and caused a fire to break out on the deck of the tanker, which was carrying 3,000 tonnes of gasoline at the time.
Eight of its crew members have been found dead, while three were rescued alive and one sent to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Rescuers are continuing to search for six missing people using the salvage vessel DONG HAI JIU 102, Shanghai's maritime authority said on Saturday.
They are working to ensure smooth navigation for the ships in the nearby area during the search.
The blaze on board the tanker had mostly been extinguished by 5pm on Thursday.
It's first collision between ships near the Yangtze River Estuary in Shanghai this summer.
