A prankster poodle has discovered a hilarious way to give his owner a scare – and he can't get enough of it.
The amusing clip, posted on TikTok by @chachi.sherri, shows one-year-old toy poodle Chachi rushing to hide as his owner heads up the stairs, sneaking behind the banister and lying in wait for the perfect moment.
Chachi, from Sydney, Australia, then jumps out at his unsuspecting owner, wagging his tail and bounding around happily after he's successfully startled her.
The mischievous pup now pulls the prank at every opportunity, even switching up his hiding place to keep his owner on edge.
Chachi loves giving his owner a fright so much that she put together a compilation video of all the times he's done it, showing that the cheeky poodle never fails to make her jump.
He has mastered the prank by waiting for the ideal opportunity, tiptoeing across the floor and crouching ready to spring forward.
Chachi has amassed lots of fans on TikTok after users saw his scaring skills.
Viewers praised the pup's playful nature, and the adorable relationship he has with his owner.

Another poodle named Toffy has become a social media star with his unusual talent.
Toffy has learned how to ride his very own scooter, and has turned heads by riding through the streets with his front paws on the handlebars.
It took less than an hour for the clever pup to learn his party trick, according to his Instagram stories.
