Meghan Markle is sure to have come up with ways to make her prince feel special on his 34th birthday.
Kensington Palace tweeted to the public this morning: "Thank you everyone for your lovely messages on The Duke of Sussex ‘s birthday!"
And the Duchess of Sussex is likely to have been pulling out the stops for her husband, on his first birthday celebration since they wed in May.
The People has looked at clues from Meghan’s now closed down lifestyle blog for some insight into how she could have added romance into his day.
"If given the option between fingers to keyboard, or pen to paper, I will always choose the latter," Meghan previously wrote on The Tig.
The 37-year-old therefore could have written Harry a handwritten love letter.
"It’s easy to grab another T-shirt for your man — but you’ll likely steal it for PJs anyway. Instead, give him something creative that he’ll actually enjoy," Meghan’s website also said.
With this in mind, her gift to the Duke is likely to have been something creative and thoughtful.
In another entry, Meghan had written: "Let’s discuss the simple pleasures in life: holding someone’s hand so seamlessly that you can’t decipher their fingers from your own, fresh baked bread smeared with briny French butter, a smile that says you are endlessly adored, the sizzle and smell of sautéing onions, and finding the perfect book."
Judging by this, the Duchess could have cooked him a nice meal or bought him an interesting book.
It also shows that whatever she did, she’ll likely have shown affection and adoration.
Meghan’s Instagram pictures, before her account was shut down, often included travel snaps showing that she loved to explore.
So perhaps a fun trip could be on the cards for her and Harry.
Also, after Harry proposed to Meghan, the pair did a famous interview in which they told the story of how he popped the question.
It was a casual but romantic moment, during a cosy night in with roast chicken.
Meghan might have taken Harry’s lead and planned something low-key but special.
The Duchess of Sussex celebrated her 37th birthday in August – when she and Harry joined guests at a close friend’s wedding.
Harry’s friend Charlie van Straubenzee – who was an usher when the Duke and Duchess of Sussex tied the knot earlier this year – married partner Daisy Jenks during a ceremony in Surrey.
