Lloris, 32, has recovered from a slight muscle injury to start against Brighton in the Premier League match this evening at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium.
The Seagulls are fighting for their life at the bottom of the Premier League sitting just three points above the relegation zone.
They will be desperate for points against the Champions League semi-finalists.
Tottenham are chasing a Champions League-clinching top four spot and three points would put them four ahead of fifth place Arsenal.

Lloris is married to Marine Lloris who runs a childrenswear fashion and accessories brand.
The mum-of-two, with another on the way, took to Instagram over the weekend in a pink bikini.
Sharing a selfie, she said: “More days like this please. Mummy needs vitamin D.”
Many flocked to the comment section to gush about the brunette.

One more simply wrote: “Beautiful.”
The couple have been married since 2012 and Marine was spotted at the World Cup in the summer which Lloris won with France.
Previously when describing her life, she said: “I am a busy mother of two girls, a wife and the founder of Manage en Sucre, a luxury girlswear label.
“I am very fortunate to be doing something I love and I am very passionate about what I do.
“Of course the work can be demanding, but I’m very fortunate to be able to run my own business and to create beautiful things all day long.”
Lloris was in September last year fined and banned from driving for 20 months for being two-times over the legal drink-drive limit.
