A well-known transgender YouTuber has been arrested for incest after a recording was released online of her allegedly confessing to having sex with her 79-year-old mum who suffers from dementia, according to reports.
Christine Weston Chandler, who is also known as Chris Chan, was arrested in Richmond, Virginia on Sunday while other vloggers filmed the arrest live.
Police were alerted to the alleged crime and confirmed it was an ongoing investigation with "additional charges pending", reports New York Post.
Chandler who is held at the Henrico County Jail in Virginia faces up to twelve years in jail for the crime against her mother.
Chandler, also known online as Sonichu, is reported to say in the leaked audio recording that her mum “made the first move” and "we've been doing it every third night".
Before her arrest Chandler turned to Twitter, where 'Chris Chan' was a trending topic, and wrote: "There is drama in the air today.
"Each and every one of you all are encouraged to withdraw from any and all dramas, gossip, rumours, and whatever else will, and already has, approached your way today."

Her arrest was live streamed on the internet by a vlogger which showed Chandler handcuffed behind her back being led to car by officers.
During the live stream Chandler was heard to say: "“I am compliant, I am good like this.
“I am Chris Chan Sonichu, your Goddess Blue Heart and I continue to stand strong and I maintain everything with CWCville and my Sonichu, Rosechu and everybody.

Chandler regularly featured her mother in her social media videos.
According to Insider in October 2011, Chandler and her mother were arrested after her mother hit the manager of a game store with her car.
In 2014, Chandler was also arrested and barred from GameStop after she maced an employee when she was asked to leave the store.
It is understood that Chandler is being held without bail at the county jail.
