Trump blasts Bidens at first campaign rally since start of impeachment probe
President Trump ripped into Joe Biden and his son Hunter at his first rally since facing impeachment in the House.
Trump tore into Hunter for his business dealings and called him a “loser” before laying into his father, a Democratic presidential hopeful.
“And your father was never smart. He was never considered a good senator,” Trumps said to cheers at his Minneapolis rally. “He was only a good vice president because he understood how to kiss Barack Obama’s ass.”
A fiery Trump said the ongoing political impeachment inquiry is a political hit job from Democrats.
He stood by his repeated accusations that Hunter Biden made a fortune in Ukraine and China because of his father’s status.
“Joe’s son, Hunter, got thrown out of the Navy and then he became a genius on Wall Street in about two days,” Trump quipped.
“By the way, whatever happened to Hunter? Where the hell is he?”
Trump then suggested a “new idea” for a T-shirt. “Where’s Hunter?”
After digging into Bidens, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Rep. Adam Schiff, Trump then pivoted to Rep. Ilhan Omar at the rally of her hometown of Minneapolis.
“Congresswoman Omar is an America-hating socialist,” Trump said, accusing the first Muslim woman in congress of being anti-Semitic and minimizing the 9/11 attacks.
“How do you have such a person representing you in Minnesota?” Trump told the crowd. “I’m very angry at you.”
Trump seemed to relish the spotlight and fed off the big Target Center crowd.
“Isn’t it much better when I go off script,” Trump mused. “Isn’t it better?”
