garden scanning at the tills for just \u00a31 instead of \u00a320.<\/p>\n<p>One savvy shopper spotted the pretty garden lights reduced price by using the B&amp;M scanner.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/a408b498-48c1-427c-b3f5-db878d68746c.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>The price on the box says \u00a320 but when the item was scanned at the tills the customer paid just \u00a31.<\/p>\n<p>The happy shopper posted a picture of the lights to the B&amp;M scanner and other bargains Facebook group and said: &quot;My first ever bargain \u00a31&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>And other social media users were quick to comment on the post.<\/p>\n<p>One person said: &quot;Just been and there were none left at beat but we had a look around to see what other retailers were charging for similar outdoor lights.<\/p>\n<p>A company called Coopers of Stortford had a similar set of Wisteria lights retailing at \u00a319.99 and Temu also had some listed for \u00a33.99.<\/p>\n<p>It does appear that this offer from B&amp;M is the cheapest around at the moment, but it is always worth checking before you buy.<\/p>\n<p>And remember it is only a good deal if it is something that you were looking for in the first place.<\/p>\n<p>If you are just buying something because it is on offer you are not necessarily saving money.<\/p>\n<p>B&amp;M shoppers say they have saved hundreds of pounds by using the store&#x27;s free barcode scanner.<\/p>\n<p>It is completely free to use you just need to download the B&amp;M app.<\/p>\n<p>The tool allows customers to see the reduced price of an item before the staff has even had time to reduce it on the shelves.<\/p>\n<p>Some bargain hunters have even found bargains for as little as 10p using the scanner.<\/p>\n<p>B&amp;M has a loyal customer base and fans of the retailer often take to social media to show off their shopping
