QUALITY street has axed a key service this Christmas and shoppers say they have been left feeling "stitched up".<\/p>\n

Nestle is pulling the plug on the Quality Street web shop this year.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

It means that shoppers will no longer be able to buy the tubs online this Christmas.<\/p>\n

Fans of the festive staple took to social media to ask Quality Street when they would be able to buy personalised tins online.<\/p>\n

It comes after John Lewis announced the return of its Quality Street personalisation stations, where shoppers can make pick 'n' mix tins.<\/p>\n

The service, which launched in 2018, allows shoppers to make bespoke tins filled with just their favourite sweets for \u00a315.<\/p>\n

But shoppers were left disappointed when Quality Street replied to say they will no longer be able to order them online this year.<\/p>\n

One Facebook user asked: "Quality Street, can't you order personalised tins online anymore??I've done this for the last few years."<\/p>\n

In response, Quality Street said: "I'm sorry to say that our Quality Street webshop will not be open this year."<\/p>\n

Shoppers flocked to the comments to blast the decision.<\/p>\n

One angry customer said: "They've stitched online customers up. <\/p>\n

"I've purchased a couple of personalised tins for the past two years. <\/p>\n

"Now all they can say is SORRY!!"<\/p>\n

While another wrote: "Quality Street noooooo. Why??"<\/p>\n

And a third added: "That's disappointing. I just thought it would be an excellent Christmas present this year.<\/p>\n

"I have ordered a personal tin in the past."<\/p>\n

A spokesperson for Nestle said: \u201cThere\u2019s no\u00a0Quality Street\u00a0web shop this year, but\u00a0Quality Street\u00a0fans can still purchase personalised tins from pick and mix stations at participating John Lewis stores from September 27."<\/p>\n

Shoppers wanting to get their hands on a personalised tin with have to head to one of 19 John Lewis stores with a pick 'n' mix station.<\/p>\n

The retailer is bringing back its stand in Oxford Street, London, on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

A number of other stores, including those in\u00a0Bristol,\u00a0London,\u00a0Liverpool,\u00a0Leeds\u00a0and\u00a0Nottingham, will also be unveiling stations in October.<\/p>\n

Shoppers can personalise their tins by filling them with just their favourite flavours, or by getting their own name on the tin.<\/p>\n

Shoppers can add 12 different flavours to the tins, including the\u00a0returning coffee creme\u00a0and the green triangle, for a set price.<\/p>\n

Customers can fill one up a new tub for \u00a315 or refill an old John Lewis\u00a0Quality Street tin for \u00a312.50.<\/p>\n

You can personalise one too, adding your name on the lid, or someone else's if it's a gift – that'll cost you \u00a317.<\/p>\n
