In the photos from the front, they look good, but once she turns profile, the borders seem unnaturally prominent.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Rivkin said Ivanka already had a naturally narrow jaw and small chin, and these &#8216;signature&#8217; features &#8216;gave her a unique look,&#8217; but it had now been lost.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;She seems to have added, whether with filler or implants, significant volume to her chin and jaw.
