Frank Ocean recently took to Instagram Stories to share a short a one-minute preview of his new song. He hasn’t provided any other information about the upcoming music.

Ocean has not released a new song since the release of “Cayendo” and “Dear April” in April 2020. He had hinted at a new single for the end of that year but later scrapped the plan.

In December 2021, Ocean showcased a nine-minute untitled song during a Christmas special on his Apple Music 1 Blonded Radio show but didn’t officially release it.

Ocean, who headlined the first weekend of Coachella in April this year, didn’t perform new songs during the set. He also cut the show short, exiting after performing a cover of “At Your Best (You Are Love).”

Ocean hinted at the time that a new album was coming, but “not right now.” His second weekend performance was canceled as he reportedly sustained an ankle injury before the divisive first performance.
