Vicki Alderman took to social media to share her simple trick that\u2019ll keep your hands warm – and people are stunned they haven\u2019t tried it before.\u00a0<\/p>\n

So if you want to be able to use your phone and find that proper gloves get in the way, you\u2019ll need to grab yourself a hat and give this mouse mat tip a try.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @vickialderman, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it was shared just nine hours ago, but has quickly amassed 42,800 views.<\/p>\n

Social media users were stunned at the simple hack and were eager to give it a try.\u00a0<\/p>\n

One person said: \u201cGreat tip! I'll definitely use this.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Another added: \u201cThat's so smart, love it.\u201d<\/p>\n

A third commented: \u201cGenius and so cute.\u201d<\/p>\n

At the same time, someone else penned: \u201cYou legend.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, another user wrote: \u201cLove it! Always have cold hands!\u201d<\/p>\n

In response, Vicki replied: \u201cMe too, and I can\u2019t type etc with full gloves on. Such a relief to have found a solution.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, another user penned: \u201cIs nobody else in these comments talking about how dystopian this is?! Like homes should be warm.\u201d<\/p>\n

Vicki then responded: \u201cI know Miriam but I try not to dwell. I\u2019m thankful to have a safe home, even if it is a little cold.\u201d<\/p>\n
