The pair first hit it off when Reese, now 47, appeared in a guest role as the younger sister of Jennifer’s character Rachel in the hit series.
Now Jennifer stars in breakfast TV drama The Morning Show alongside Reese, who launched the hit through her Hello Sunshine company.
The pair posed together on the cover of Variety magazine, which refers to them as “work wives”.
Jennifer, 54, told Variety: “We’re partners. We’re friends. We’re girlfriends, and we share all sorts of heartbreaks in life and love and everything.”
Mum-of-three Reese added: “I think we’re both incredulous that we’re both still kicking around!”
