CHELSEA could see their striker issues solved by three former employees, reports suggest.
Legendary Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is said to be considering a swap deal that will involve Romelu Lukaku joining the Italian side permanently in exchange for Tammy Abraham.
In Mourinho's first season at Roma, Abraham, 25, was an instant hit, scoring 27 goals in all competitions.
However, the Englishman slowed down in his second season and has been plagued by injury after suffering an anterior cruciate ligament injury over the summer, meaning he is yet to feature this season.
Meanwhile, since joining on a loan transfer, Lukaku, 30, has bagged five goals in as many games.
This has led Mourinho, 60, to consider a swap deal between the pair, according to Calciomercatoweb.

They have scored just five Premier League goals despite a number of additions to the team, including Nicolas Jackson.
This poor return, and a shaky defence to boot, have seen Chelsea fall to 14th in the Premier League table following another defeat against Aston Villa.

Chelsea have wanted to get Lukaku off their books for some time now, and Roma may offer a perfect solution due to Lukaku's own preference being for a permanent move to Italy.
It was reported in June that Chelsea considered a move for Abraham before he suffered his ACL injury.
