"The land, which forms part of the auction lot and is located above the toilet block, is part occupied by two retail units – both sold on 998-year leases – and subject to a number of bin licenses."

The auction, run by Clime Emsen Auctioneers, has 149 lots up for grabs. There are 59 empty homes, 37 investments, 26 commercial properties, 14 developments and 13 plots of land. The auction ends on December 13, but you can start bidding 48 hours before.
