Former WWE star Tammy "Sunny" Sytch has been declared a "danger to society" just a short while before a DUI manslaughter sentencing.
Sytch, 50, will be sentenced on November 27 for a number of criminal charges including DUI manslaughter, driving while her license was suspended and damage to property. Court rulings now label her as a "danger to society".
Legal issues for the former Road Warriors valet began back in 2012, when she was arrested five times in just four weeks. However, a car crash on March 25, 2022, left a 75-year-old man dead with Sytch now looking at a long time in prison as a result.

She is now facing up to 25 years behind bars for the death of Julian Fran Lasseter. Sytch had been driving a 2012 Mercedes sedan at the time of the crash with multiple cars having to avoid the collission, according to court documents.
The documents reveal Mr. Lasseter "succumbed to his injuries shortly after the crash", while Sytch was "unaware that she was involved in a crash". She also admitted to drinking vodka before driving.
Upon searching the vehicle, officers found an entire rotisserie chicken, a tumbler cup and a bottle of Grey Goose Vodka in the passenger seat. Her alcohol blood level was found to be well over the 0.08% BAC limit, Fightful reported.
Sytch has since pleaded no contest to one count of driving with a suspended licence causing death, and four counts of DUI with damage to a person and two counts of DUI with damage to property. The incident took place in Ormond Beach, Florida, United States.
A court document detailing the crimes of Sytch read: "At a hearing on May 13, 2022, the Court found that the Defendant poses a threat of harm to the community and held her no bond". The dramatic downturn comes as the ex-WWE star continued with selling racy content behind bars.
Sytch was able to upload and profit from lewd photos of herself on social media, believed to be run by her boyfriend, with a series of strange updates soon following. The Daily Star previously reported the wrestling legend's bizarre account.
After she was found three-and-a-half times over the legal drinking limit, Sytch was landed in the slammer but paid out the $227,500 (£185,000) bond fee. Even then, while she was meant to be behind bars, her social media accounts posted a strange update.
"HEY BABES," one tweet read as Sytch was stuck in prison. It continued, in full caps: "BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! FIRST I WANTED TO SAY 'THANK YOU' FOR ALL OF YOUR CONTINUED LOVE AND SUPPORT THROUGH ALL OF MY BATTLES WETHER PERSONAL OR LEGAL."
She then posted a link to "NVR before seen footage", though it was not a link to her own OnlyFans. Instead, it was a URL to images of a muscled-up man.
Sytch downfall began in 2005 when she was found the guilty on the charge of wandering/prowling to obtain a controlled substance and in possession of certain prescription drugs.
Since then she has been convicted of a number of driving under the influence charges, as well as other felonies including resisting arrest in 2021.
There have since been calls to remove Sytch from the WWE Hall of Fame, which she was inducted into back in 2011. WWE has made no comment on the case so far.
