WETHERSPOONS is closing another pub this month as more than a dozen remain on the market.
The pub giant will close Nightjar, in Victoria Road, Ferndown after it didn't renew its lease for the building.
The pub will stop serving pints for good on Sunday, September 24.
Wetherspoon spokesman Eddie Gershon said: "The company has decided it has served its break option on The Nightjar.
"This is a commercial decision by Wetherspoon.
"All staff have been offered jobs at Wetherspoon pubs in the region.

"We appreciate that customers will be disappointed with the decision and are fully aware of the petition to save the pub."
It comes after the chain – which has 827 pubs across the UK – warned last September that dozens of pubs were being put up for sale.
However, Wetherspoon has plans to open pubs in new locations.
The budget boozer will open "The Star Light" in Heathrow's Terminal 4 in the place of the former site of Carluccio's at the start of October.

"We are looking forward to opening The Star Light,” John Hutson, Wetherspoon chief executive, said.
"We have operated units at Heathrow Airport since 1991 and are proud of our association with one of the world’s largest airports."
It comes as new data from real estate intelligence firm Atlus Group showed that 383 pubs have disappeared for good so far this year.
The overall number of pubs in England and Wales, including those vacant and being offered to let, fell to 39,404 at the end of June.
That's down slightly from 39,634 at the end of the first quarter – the three months to March 31.
The 383 which have closed their doors were either demolished or converted for other use, like to be used as homes, offices, or nurseries.

Wetherspoons has already closed 31 of its pubs since they went up for sale.
Wetherspoons, like many other pub chains and retailers, has been hit hard by rising costs brought on by high inflation.
Wetherspoons' boss Tim Martin also said far more people now drink in their homes rather than in pubs.
Pubs have been knocked by rising costs as inflation sends prices soaring and less demand among cash-strapped punters.
