    Thomas Partey replacements

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has added Real Sociedad ace Martin Zubimendi and Real Madrid star Aurelien Tchouameni to his list of transfer targets.

The Gunners are at risk of losing Thomas Partey in January, with the midfielder allegedly becoming "dissatisfied" with his role at the Emirates.

ButĀ ArtetaĀ already has already set his sights on two other midfielders ahead of the January transfer window.

According toĀ Calciomercato, the Spanish tactician has expressed an interest in signing both ZubimendiĀ and Tchouameni.

The North Londoners attempted to sign the Sociedad star earlier this year, but his club didn't want to sell and the 24-year-old was reluctant to leave.

The France international has also emerged as a top target for Arsenal, but he will likely come with a significantly higher transfer fee.

    Gabriel Jesus injury reminder

Arsenal star Gabriel Jesus' camp are targeting a return to fitness for the beginning of December, reports SunSport's Jordan Davies.

Jesus has endured an injury-ravaged start to the campaign, missing the first three Premier League games with a knee issue.

And after the brief return,Ā the 26-year-old then hobbled offĀ during theĀ Gunnersā€™Ā 2-1 Champions League victory at Sevilla last Tuesday with a hamstring injury.

Manager Mikel ArtetaĀ has previously refused to put a timeline onĀ the strikerā€™sĀ recovery, admitting he was ā€œtotally wrongā€ last time with the player back sooner than expected.

However, SunSport understands that the Brazil internationalā€™s representatives are eyeing a few more weeks on the sidelines before a full return next month after the November international break.

    On your Marc

Arsenal are keeping tabs on Crystal Palace star Marc Guehi but the bidding war will not start until the summer, reports SunSport's Alan Nixon.

The Gunners are huge admirers of Guehi but know the Ā£18million-rated defender is not on the market for the time being.

That suits manager Mikel Arteta, who has a settled backline but sees the centre-back as part of his long-term plans and is both willing and happy to wait, with the auction likely to be at the end of the season.

Palace will demand a huge fee for the 23-year-old, who has also been linked with Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea.

And the Eagles are relaxed because they know the big guns will come armed with a massive offer for the England international.

Arsenal are at risk of losing Thomas Partey in the January transfer window.

Partey is allegedly becoming "dissatisfied" with his role at the Emirates.

The Ghana international was targeted by Juventus during the January transfer window.

    EXCLUSIVE: Jesus injury update

Gabriel Jesus' camp are targeting an Arsenal return to fitness for the beginning of December.

The Brazilian has endured an injury-ravaged start to the campaign, missing the first three Premier League games with a knee issue.

And after the brief return,Ā the 26-year-old then hobbled offĀ during theĀ Gunnersā€™Ā 2-1 Champions League win away at Sevilla last Tuesday with a hamstring injury.

BossĀ Mikel ArtetaĀ has previously refused to put a timeline onĀ Jesusā€™Ā recovery, admitting he was ā€œtotally wrongā€ last time with the player back sooner than expected.

However, SunSport understands that Jesusā€™ representatives are eyeing a few more weeks on the sidelines before a full return next month after the November international break.

West Ham vs Arsenal ones to watch

Arsenal's star man and player to watch will undoubtedly beĀ Declan Rice.

It will be interesting to see how he reacts to playing against the club that helped forge him into the player he is today.

Rice has shone so far this season, scoring two goals and picking up one assist.

The midfielder has also helped improve the Gunners' midfield with his driving dynamic runs.

For West Ham, Moyes could use the cup game as another chance to hand Mohamed Kudus some minutes.

The Ghanian made his first Premier League start against Everton, but failed to impact the game.

The attacker has looked good for the most part since joining the Hammers, but a top outing against Arsenal could take him to a new level.

    Rice's return

Declan Rice will return to the London Stadium this evening for the first time since leaving West Ham.

When asked whether or not the midfielder is likely to feature against his former club, Mikel Arteta said: "Heā€™s likely. Heā€™s fit and can be involved. It will be his first time back at his old club and a beautiful moment I think for him."

West Ham vs Arsenal team news

David Moyes will have a full-strength side ahead of the hugeĀ Carabao CupĀ clash as Emerson can return to the fold after his one-match suspension.

But the Hammers manager is likely to rotate after witnessing his side lose to Everton at home.

Moyes will have Lucas Paqueta and Edson Alvarez available as they are suspended from the next Premier League fixture after collecting their fifth yellow cards against Everton.

Elsewhere, Mikel Arteta will continue withoutĀ Gabriel JesusĀ (hamstring),Ā Thomas ParteyĀ (muscle) and Jurrien Timber (knee).

Arsenal battling to sign Irish teen

Arsenal and Chelsea are battling with Real Madrid to sign Irish teenager Naj Razi.

Razi has been catching the eye of Europe's elite after breaking into the first team atĀ Shamrock RoversĀ this season.

But despite the lure of a move to a huge club likeĀ Arsenal, Real Madrid or Chelsea it's understood that if Razi was to stay with Shamrock Rovers he would have a much bigger part to play in Stephen Bradley's side next season.

On top of the dilemma of game time there is also the issue surrounding a move to either Arsenal orĀ ChelseaĀ being blocked until 2025.

Since the UK's exit from the European Union,Ā Premier LeagueĀ teams are unable to sign players from abroad until they are at least 18 years old.

    Adidas set for kit change

Adidas are set to change their iconic logo from the start of next season.

Third kits will feature a new brand emblem from the 2024/25 campaign.

It is a change which will have an impact on bothĀ ArsenalĀ andĀ Manchester United.

The German manufacturer will introduce their trefoil logo on third kits next year.

Adidas originally used the logo during the 1970s and 1980s, with the change made as part of a move to revive their heritage.

Clubs will continue to have Adidas' current logo on their home and away kits, though.

    Wenger backs Arsenal's rivals

Arsene Wenger reckons Tottenham, not former club Arsenal, are leading the title charge thanks to three special stars.

He said: ā€œThey bought James Maddison, who is a great player. He is that link from low midfield to high midfield and added some technical creativity to the team.

ā€œThey bought Micky van de Ven, who I find absolutely exceptional. They had weaknesses there and last season Hugo Lloris didnā€™t have the best of seasons.

ā€œAnd the movement from Son Heung-Min into the middle looks very good.ā€

THIRD Galatasaray ace linked to Gunners

Kerem Akturkoglu is still on Arsenalā€™s radar ā€“ as the THIRD Galatasaray superstar linked to the Emirates this year.

The Gunners were reportedly keen on Sacha Boey and Victor Nelsson in the last transfer window.

But the most persistent talk surrounds winger Akturkoglu, 25.

Itā€™s thought Galatasaray would be unwilling to consider selling the Turkey star until next summer.

But Tottenham are also said to be keen on him.

      Vermeeren on Arsenal radar

Arsenal are reportedly keen on 18-year-old Belgium midfielder Arthur Vermeeren.

The Royal Antwerp starlet has been hailed as similar to Xavi ā€“ the 133-cap Spain legend now bossing his old club Barcelona.

Vermeeren has already been capped once at senior level.

And heā€™s emerging force in the Belgian top-flight after breaking through for the champions last year.

      Sagna backs Ten Hag

Former Arsenal and Manchester City defender BacaryĀ SagnaĀ reckons Man United are suffering from doubts aroundĀ "leadership and direction".

But he backed under-fire boss Erik ten Hag to come good tactically and urge fans to back him.

Here's what Sagna told Genting Casino on United's plight following Sunday's 3-0 home Prem loss to City.

They have a lot of good players, but some are struggling to adapt to the demands of the Premier League and of playing for United.
There is a lot of pressure on these players. It looks like there are a number of things happening at the club affecting performances and the quality of the team.
United are in a really tricky moment. When I look at the vibe at the club and the way some of their players are being criticised by people, things donā€™t look good.
I think the United fans should back up the manager and the players. They lost a game against their rivals, which hurts, but there is no shame in being beaten by the best team in the world.

Arteta knows he faces struggle with fans over Cup

Mikel Arteta knows he will never be able to persuade Arsenal fans to get excited about the Carabao Cup.

But he still wonā€™t tolerate any of his players thinking they are too important to play in Englishā€™s footballā€™s least coveted trophy.

Arteta will rest most of his senior stars for tonightā€™s fourth round tie at West Ham with one eye on Saturdayā€™s Premier League trip to Newcastle.

And with the club dreaming of a first League title in 20 years as well as nurturing major Champions League ambitions, they certainly have bigger fish to fry than the Carabao Cup.

Arteta admits: ā€œI donā€™t know if we can convince the supporters that this competition matters. If you ask them what their priority would be, it wouldnā€™t be the Carabao Cup for sure.

ā€œBut we will put in the same amount of work and preparation that we do for every single game playing for Arsenal.Ā We cannot approach it in any different way because thatā€™s not respecting the game.

ā€œAs a club, we donā€™t have any World Cup winners in the squad that can believe they should not be playing in the Carabao Cup. I might be wrong, but I donā€™t think anyone can think like that because it would be very, very arrogant.ā€
